Knowledge from road signs

Oh, I forgot to note what I learned yesterday by reading road signs: that Grant County, WA is the largest producer of potatoes in the country. Go figure, now on to what I *thought* was potato country... Idaho. Today should have a hike and a bunch of odd-ball roadside stops (but sadly, I won't make it to the largest potato, that's a bit too far south for me.) Maybe I'll be in Montana by the end of the day.
